Kazakhstan prayer update…Dear Subscriber First Name Time is flying - we leave for Kazakhstan Sept. 18! Here are ways to continue praying for the trip. For our missionary friends, Nathan and Shelly. Their continued ministry to the Kazakh church and local musicians. For our meeting with local pastors. We want to assess what the needs are and humbly offer our support in theological training for worship. Finishing the recording studio - purchasing the right gear and helping Nathan brainstorm on ways it can be a ministry tool. The concert with local musicians. The final details are coming together for us to collaborate with two Christian musicians, vocalist Victoria and saxophonist Sam. The drummer Dashan and bassist Dimitri are not believers. Pray for their salvation. Also pray that the Holy Spirit will use the music we share at the local jazz club to impact those present. Laying foundations for future student internship opportunities. We now have an Intercultural Music concentration within the Worship Arts major at Grace (https://www.grace.edu/programs/worship-arts-major-intercultural-music/). Pray for students to catch God’s heart and vision for Kazakhstan.
